About Ontario Real Estate Inspections

Ontario Real Estate Inspections is owned and operated by Jeff Kloetstra.

Jeff is a Certified Home Inspector and member of both the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Ontario Association of Certified Home Inspectors (OntarioACHI). He is also a qualified Engineering Technologist with extensive experience in electrical and electronic applications.

• We will always answer your questions, regardless of how much time has passed since your inspection date.
• We provide you with a comprehensive report within 24 hours that details every system (inside and outside) of your potential new dwelling. This reduces the potential for surprise repair & maintenance bills so you can budget appropriately.
• Our inspectors complete a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education per year.
• We are committed to the utmost in ethical business practices and abide by the InterNACHI's Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice.
• We carry Errors & Omission insurance and General Liability insurance so you can breathe easy knowing we conduct business responsibly.
