About Our Services
We are proud to provide home & property inspections in London, St. Thomas, Strathroy and the rest of Middlesex County.
The inspection is a thorough, visual inspection of a house or other property. During this process any issues that could result in major out-of-pocket expenses or health & safety concerns are thoroughly documented.
Any OREI home inspection is also an educational experience. During the inspection you will learn about minor repair items, maintenance requirements and perhaps some performance recommendations. We will show you each of these learnings, discuss them with you, take photos and document them in a report. We strongly encourage you to be engaged and ask questions.
