I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff many times and always recommend to my clients to use his home inspection services. We had some water coming into a spot light over our fireplace. One person told us that our roof, although only 10 years old, needed to be replaced. Since replacing a roof is quite expensive, I needed another opinion. I contacted Jeff Kloetstra on the recommendation of a friend. Upon arrival, Jeff asked a number of questions, took some photos and some moisture readings. He then asked to go into the attic. After climbing over insulation and rafters, Jeff found that the exhaust pipe from our clothes dryer had come apart from the outside stack, causing a build-up of moisture and condensation, plus there was starting to be a build-up of mould on the roof sheeting. Thanks to Jeff, we then contacted a home repair company to attached the exhaust pipe and clean up the mould. Jeff’s expertise saved us a lot of money. Thanks Jeff.
